You are solely and entirely responsible for:

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, bv9999's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your bv9999 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
